What happens if I want to return my product because I do not like it?
- No problem. Return right away within 14 days without giving any reasons.

Can I return damaged products? If so, can I get the money back, a credit note or a new product?
- Damaged products can be returned at any time. A damaged product must be returned immediately, in any case within 14 days. It must be indicated right away, though. You must pay for a possible loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is attributable to a check for the characteristics.You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered, and if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty euros or if, where the price is higher, you have at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment.
The customer gets his money back without deduction. On request, a credit note can be issued or a new product can be delivered.
